We visited a family trip in Chandigarh and stay in the Taj hotel one of best property by his name . Our room key is not working that time Manmohan from ird he help me and he call in the front office and provide a new key for the room❤️. After that we order some dishes and Manmohan served the food in a very good way . He was very polite. All the best Manmohan for your future keep shining 🌟

The Word TAJ means Excellence and Comfort, but during my Stay I didn't get both. A little worried about the brand TAJ. This should mean a Comfortable stay, Best experience in Food ,Dining, Room Comfort, Pool side sitting...... in EVERYTHING... but its not. We were very well Greeted on Arrival, Staff behavior was Good, Rooms were Good, Washrooms Good, Ambience also good .... but here everything STOPS. I asked room dining to get some warm milk for my kid and to get his bottle sterilized, it took them more than an hour to get the milk, 20 more minutes to get bottle sterilized..... I asked them for some spoons and plates that took them more than 30 min .... Sitting along poolside we ordered some fruits and a tea that again took them 40 min... so everything is delayed.... Had some chat with other guests , they also complained the same I Would Request the Management to please have a look into the matter so that the standards for a Five Star Splendid Hotel (Which you are) should be kept.
